SIFF presents the French Film Panorama
SIFF will once again present the annual French Film Panorama from April 15th -18th.
This is the seventh consecutive year that SIFF has given cinema lovers this chance to savor the latest French movies.
Seven selected features and one shorts pack this year will not only offer the unique Gallic attitude to life, but also the latest shooting techniques and acting skills that makes a refreshing change from Hollywood fare.
All films will screen in their original versions with Chinese subtitles. A French artistic delegation comprising a dozen renowned directors and actors will be present for the ever popular Q&A sessions.
Tang Lijun, SIFF’s Managing Director says: “We are happy to work with UniFrance to bring the latest French films to Shanghai. In the past few years, we’ve witnessed the special appeal of French cinema and its role in promoting cultural exchange between our two countries. This is what SIFF is always aiming for.”
The Shanghai International Film Festival 2010 will be held June 12th-20th. Films from all over the world will present the public with a fantastic symphony.
