“King Arthur” Will Rule in Shanghai and Share the Red Carpet with Chinese Stars

 

As the 12th Shanghai International Film Festival draws near, everybody is looking forward to the spectacular event.  And to the delight of Shanghai audiences, a record number of celebrities, both Chinese and foreign, will be attending this year\'s festival.

Clive Owen, the British Hollywood star and winner of the best supporting actor Golden Globe, will be attendance to support Duplicity, his new film. It\'s his second film with Julia Roberts, and the first they\'ve done together since the movie Closer. Clive Owen is one of the event\'s most highly anticipated names and has been ranked among the best actors in Hollywood since his his excellent performances in King Arthur and Closer. 
 

There will also be some big names from the mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong on the red carpet this year. The biggest names from the movies 14 Blades (directed by Rengang Li and starring Donnie Yen, Vicki Zhao, Zun Wu, Kate Tsui and Yuwu Qi), Hua Mulan (directed by Jingle Ma and starring Vicki Zhao and Jaycee Chan), Dirt Rich in Shanghai (directed by Juyuan Li and starring Honglei Sun and Kelly Lin), Rise of the Machine (diected by Jeffrey Lau and starring Jun Hu, Li Sun, Ronald Cheng, Eric Tsang, Alex Fong, Jing Wu and Wei Gan), Bodyguards and Assassins (directed by Teddy Chan, supervised & produced by Peter Chan, and starring Yuchun Li, Bingbing Fan, Eric Tsang, Simon Yam and Xueqi Wang).  Will there be more surprises on the red carpet at the 12th Shanghai International Film Festival?
