A: The SIFF this year will start to sell tickets at 8:00 am on July 20 on the designated official ticketing platform Taotiotiao. Q: Where can I pick up my ticket after I buy it?
A: From 12:00 am on July 24, you can go to the cinema where you will watch the film, find the ticket vending machine with the words “23rd Shanghai International Film Festival” on the top, open the Taopiaopiao APP, enter “Me” – “Movie Tickets” to show the QR code for picking up the ticket, scan the code by the ticket vending machine or manually enter the code, and then you can get your ticket. You should arrive at the cinema to pick up your ticket before the film begins.

A: According to the Guidelines for Reopened Film Screening Sites on Epidemic Prevention and Control, film screening sites do not sell snacks and drinks in principle, and eating and drinking are prohibited in cinemas.
