SIFF Launches Classic 007 Films Screening Section

On October 5, 1962, the first 007 film,Dr. Nowas released to the public, which ignited a worldwide and eternal Bond wave that has lasted for more than 50 years.

No woman can resist James Bond who’s handsome, sexy, extremely agile and gentle and intelligent at the same time.

It is the dream of every man that he could one day become a stern and lonely hero like Bond who is equipped with limos and advanced weapons.

Though what 007 films show to the audience is a touch of elegance, freedom and taste, Bond, born a commoner, only began to enjoy limos, private planes, luxurious villas and unlimited line of credit after he became the most outstanding agent in the UK with his talents and efforts. The films somehow also seem to be a little inspiring.

Film is the art of creating dreams. So it is no wonder that 007 series has still so many fans today.
