Booth applications for the 2025 International Film & TV Market are now open online at www.siff.com and www.stvf.com until May 31, 2025. Early bird discounts are available for applications submitted before March 31, 2025.

SIFF MARKET has long been regarded as the “barometer” of China's film industry, while STVF MARKET is hailed as the “weathervane” of television industry development. This year, the film and television markets of the two festivals have been deeply integrated, making a debut under the new brand of the International Film and TV Market. This integrated platform covers the entire industry chain, including films, TV series, technology and platforms, aiming to gather industry momentum, enrich resources and unlock new potential for the film and television industry. Moreover, to further enhance public participation and experience, the International Film and TV Market has introduced a dual-track model of “professional exhibition area + open-air market”. During the 5-day market event, an open-air market and exhibition area will be open to the public, offering an immersive exhibition experience.

In 2024, SIFF MARKET and STVF MARKET attracted over 200 exhibitors, with a cumulative attendance of 40,000 visits over the event. Both exhibitors and professional visitors reaped substantial benefits. Film trading was highly active, with several films securing overseas buyers and achieving successful theatrical releases in target countries within just one month. Meanwhile, IP rights trading was equally vibrant, with numerous IPs successfully securing film and television adaptation deals, injecting a continuous stream of vitality into the film and television industry.

The 2025 Shanghai International Film and TV Market will be held in June at the Shanghai Exhibition Center. It consists of two core segments: exhibition and industry events.

 Exhibition: Gathering leading domestic and international film and TV production companies, distributors, investors, and technology service providers, showcasing the latest projects, technological advancements, and industry trends.

 Industry Event: These include project pitches, promotional conferences, panel discussions, and market screenings, all designed to support project development, facilitate business deals, and promote in-depth industry exchange and collaboration.
