SIFF MARKET | Market Event Applications Are Now Open for the 26th Shanghai International Film Festival

The 26th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) MARKET is scheduled to take place at the Shanghai Exhibition Center in June, 2024. Event applications for SIFF MARKET are open from today till May 15, 2024.

SIFF MARKET events include presentations, industry panels, and market screenings, offering a one-stop platform for pitching films, projects and services. The event programming caters to not only buyers and sales agents from around the world, but also IP rightsholders and service providers such as film commissions, and proactively seeks to facilitate the connection between professionals from China and the film industry worldwide.

Participating companies are welcomed to hold paid promotional events at designated venues in the market including project promotion meetings, press conferences, industry panels, cocktail parties, etc.

Venues for the SIFF MARKET events are equipped with LED screen, lighting and sound equipment. In addition, event information will be included in the official SIFF/SIFF MARKET agenda and promoted via official platform of SIFF.

Central Hall (about 700m2 with a maximum capacity of 250-300 people)

Market Event Hall (about 250m2 with a maximum capacity of 80-100 people)

Applicants may send emails to the SIFF MARKET organizer (marketevents@siff.com) with “Marketevents+Name of Applicant Company/Institution” in the subject and a briefing including event theme, participants, agenda and contact in the body. The organizer will get in contact with you and make further arrangements as soon as possible.

The dates and timeslots for the events will be arranged by the organizer on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time of application.
