One project from the "New Talent Project" finalists will be honored as "Best Talent Project" by the SIFF PROJECT jury panel based on its originality and creativity to encourage the unique style of the director.

Comments:

The director’s style is clear; the story enjoys strong regional cultural characteristics and ethnic customs; the film can be executed at the production level.

“Most Creative Project”

One project from the "Co-Production Project" and "Pre-Production Project" finalists will be honored as "Most Creative Project" by the SIFF PROJECT jury panel based on its originality and creativity.

-All About Yuyu (Director: Tan Chui Mui, Producer: Woo Ming Jin)

Comments:

The mature feature film director creatively combines the two genres of martial arts and children into the context of Southeast Asian immigrant culture, which is full of expectations.

 “Annual Focus”

One project from the SIFF PROJECT finalists apart from those of “WIP Project" will be specially honored as "Jury's Choice" by the SIFF PROJECT jury panel.

Comments:

The script is solid, and the director’s rich experience provides him with the ability to sensitively and accurately show the marital dilemma of a middle-aged man, with reasonable cost control and predictable completion.

One project from the SIFF PROJECT "WIP Project" finalists will be honored as "Best WIP Project" by the SIFF PROJECT jury panel based on its originality and visual quality.

The theme is novel; the film language is distinctive; the shooting is complete.

lmageForestt Award
