TRIBUTE TO MASTERS｜We All Grew Up Watching His Films

The TRIBUTE TO MASTERS section of the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) was created in 2007. By paying homepage to film masters all over the world, this section showcases a plethora of exquisitely made works to feast the audience's eyes. This section in 2023 has presented the works of the British film master Mike Leigh, who is celebrating his 80th birthday, and Itami Juzo, who was born 90 years agon. As 2023 marks the centenary of the birth of the famous film artist Xie Jin, the TRIBUTE TO MASTERS section will show his classic works.
