Dutch serves as a military special forces operative when he is sent on a covert mission to rescue another group which was sent in to assist some nefarious U.S. government plan in a Latin American country. When he and his team go into the jungle to rescue the others, they get involved in a pitched battle with local guerillas, but they are more than capable of besting these vicious fighters. However, not long after that, they encounter signs that the equally capable men they were sent to rescue were all killed unawares and in an unusually gruesome fashion. Given their training, it should have been impossible for anyone to best all of these commando warriors. Soon, the men from Dutch's own team get picked off one by one, as they grow aware that they are up against something uncanny, not of this world, something that is hunting them for sport. They find out human's skulls that make them worthy opponents for the perfectly camouflaged Predator.

Billionaire Charles Bishop Weyland and his team of drillers, scientists, and archaeologists, go to an obscure pyramid site in Antarctica. When news about his best friend, Bucky's death during a battle reaches him, he asks for the help of Agent Peggy Carter and engineer Howard Stark to search for him. He finds Barnes and enlists his help along with other soldiers to destroy known terrorist HYDRA bases led by the villainous Red Skull. Howard creates a vibranium shield for him which becomes his signature weapon. Steve goes on his mission to tear down the HYDRA, but falls from the plane into deep ocean. Decades past, Steve awakes where S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury informs him that he has been "asleep" for nearly 70 years.

The Guardians of the Galaxy are hired by the leader of the well-planned Sovereign race Ayesha to destroy a monster to protect their valuable batteries. Soon they learn that the ship that helped them is owned by Ego, who claims to be Quill's father and invites Quill to visit his planet. He goes with Gamora and Drax while Rocket fix their space craft with Baby Groot and Nebula cuffed to debris. They head to the planet and Gamora and Drax Befriend the empathetic Mantis while Quill learns from the celestial Ego that he has powerful abilities. Meanwhile Ayesha hires the outcast Ravager Yondu Udonta, who raised Quill, to hunt down the Guardians for them.
